*act as a lead transactional lawyer for customer-facing solar and energy storage equipment sales and distribution and provide advice and services in the general areas of corporate and commercial law, with the ability to advise on disputes and manage outside counsel as necessary. *Work with sales leads and subject-matter experts to structure, negotiate and draft complex transactions, including, but not limited to framework volume commitment and module supply agreements. *Negotiate and draft module sales agreements, equipment supply agreements, distribution agreements, services agreements, product warranties, performance guarantees, settlement agreements, and various other contracts.
